Shipping Policy

General:

We aim to ensure prompt standard shipping to the following countries:

• Australia
• Canada
• Iceland
• Japan
• New Zealand
• United Kingdom
• United States
  

Unfortunately, if your country of residence is not on this list, we do not ship to your country.  Please inform us at info@carnivoreclothing.ca, and we will look into shipping methods to accommodate your country of origin.  However, please understand that there is no guarantee we will be able to accommodate shipments to your country if not listed above.

Shipping is calculated based on the destination of the product, and will appear as an adder to your bill during checkout.  These are rates calculated based on the items that are ordered.  At times, orders are split and you may receive 2 separate packages based on the location of our fulfillment centres and their availability.  Carnivore Clothing Company will make every effort to minimize split shipments, however, will ensure that all shipments are delivered to you as promptly as possible.

Order Processing:

• Orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
• Orders made on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Estimated Delivery Times:

• Within Canada: 7-18 business days
• Within the United States: 7-18 business days
• International: 12 - 28 Business days

Please note that the aforementioned delivery times are approximate. While we strive to meet these timelines, your package(s) may arrive sooner or later than the specified maximum times. We appreciate your understanding and patience regarding any potential variations in delivery time. Delivery times, and actual delivery may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as weather conditions and carrier delays.

Tracking Your Order:

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking information. This will allow you to track the progress of your shipment until it reaches your designated address.

Duties and Taxes:

All duties, taxes, and any additional fees assessed by customs in relation to your orders are the sole responsibility of the customer. Such charges are determined by the relevant local customs authority and are not included in the total at the time of checkout. Customers are therefore advised to be aware of their obligations regarding these potential charges.

For Canadian Orders only, the applicable GST/HST is added at checkout, and is the responsibility of the customer to pay upon order.  This also includes:
